H2m Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the h2m platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the h2m website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and h2m as the platform provider. h2m reserves the right to modify, add to, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The h2m platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering or using this service, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in Malaysia.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full suite of h2m platform services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without any refund.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. h2m will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact the h2m support team immediately.
Users are prohibited from:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration;
- Using another person's account without authorisation;
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform;
- Engaging in any activity that may compromise the integrity or security of the h2m platform;
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes or illegal activities.
H2m reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of violating any provision of these terms, including without prior notice in serious cases.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the h2m platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, held in their own name, and has sufficient funds.
H2m accepts deposits via a variety of local payment methods, including online banking, eWallets such as Boost and Touch 'n Go, and other methods listed on the platform. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform, which may change from time to time.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform, subject to identity verification and full compliance with all relevant conditions. h2m reserves the right to withhold or delay any payment where there is reasonable cause to investigate potential fraud or a breach of terms. All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods as stated in the respective promotional terms.
H2m is not responsible for any additional fees or charges that may be imposed by third-party payment service providers when processing your transactions.
Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The h2m platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. h2m does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors, or be free from viruses. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, h2m shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including loss of funds or anticipated profits.
Intellectual Property
All content on the h2m platform — including logos, graphics, text, interfaces, software, and code — is the exclusive property of h2m or our licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from h2m.
Third-Party Links
The h2m platform may contain links or references to third-party services. h2m is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Access to such links is at your own risk and subject to the relevant third party's terms.
Account Closure & Suspension Policy
H2m reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances, without limitation:
- Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions;
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the platform;
- Failure to submit the required identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe;
- Use of multiple accounts or abuse of promotions;
- Actions that compromise the security or reputation of the h2m platform.
In the event of account closure due to confirmed fraud, h2m reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. For closures arising from other valid reasons, any eligible balance will be returned to the user in accordance with standard procedures once the investigation is complete. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the h2m support team for assistance.

Changes to These Terms
H2m reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the h2m platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
